Regional Community has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Mortgage Loan Officer to originate mortgages in local market working in conjunction with the Bank Branches in the area. The successful mortgage originator will be responsible for expanding existing bank relationships, working with both bank clients and external clients/ realtor's/builders, and building new business relationships to promote the Bank’s loan products.

The ideal candidate must possess:

• Have at least 3 years of successful mortgage sales experience, and knowledge of Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA mortgage programs. The bank also has a Portfolio Program, Construction/ Perm/ Bridge and other Investor Programs and JUMBO LOANS
• Highly motivated and display excellent communication skills.
