WHAT DOES AN SVP, CLEINT SERVICE DO?
The SVP, Client Services is responsible for building senior-level client and agency partner relationships while maintaining ownership of a specific portfolio of business within the EVERSANA INTOUCH network. This role will maintain executive and senior-level relationships and identify additional opportunities with existing clients. The SVP, Client Services is responsible for assessing and managing the risk associated with clients and agency partners, as well as meeting client and EVERSANA INTOUCH goals for each account’s financial health, targets and objectives. They lead the coordination and development of the integrated marketing plans internally and with external agency partners.
This role will partner with leadership across departments to ensure the portfolio is running efficiently and effectively and that it is properly staffed while maintaining a strong sense of EVERSANA INTOUCH community and culture. Exceptional thought leadership within EVERSANA INTOUCH and the industry is required, along with the ability to frequently bring new services to our clients, allowing them to understand the depth of EVERSANA INTOUCH’s offerings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead local leadership meetings
Ensure collaboration among all agency departments by fostering cross-functional teamwork
Participate in company innovation and development initiatives
Be driven to push clients forward through innovation and creativity
Provide motivational leadership by conveying the vision, values, and offerings of the agency to senior-level clients
Determine target growth areas and support EVERSANA INTOUCH in devising and executing strategies to both grow existing business and win new business
Attend conferences and networking events
Participate in the development of RFP responses and lead winning pitch presentations

Qualifications
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
20+ years of agency, consultative, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare experience is required
Bachelor’s degree required
Thought leader for integrated, AOR and digital marketing and communications
Ability to manage major clients and brands (regionally and globally)
Demonstrated P&L targets met through existing and expanding business opportunities
Proven leadership of large account services teams, as well as strong mentoring skills
Leader of cross-functional project teams across the organization (and across offices)
Experience negotiating and executing agreements
Creative thinker with analytical skills
Applied understanding of technical development and processes
Evidenced problem-solving skills
Ability to determine staffing needs within the Account team and extended teams
Demonstrated written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact with all levels of clients and EVERSANA INTOUCH employees
