    A leading global financial services firm is seeking an experienced SVP/VP to join its finance leadership team. This is a high-impact role overseeing complex private equity and credit fund structures, with broad exposure across operations, reporting, compliance, and investor servicing.

    *300K-360K Total Comp (base + full annual bonus 1st year)*

    *Hybrid in NY office*

    Responsibilities

      • Lead and mentor a high-performing fund accounting team, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
      • Oversee day-to-day operations for PE and credit funds, including master-feeder, open-ended, and closed-end structures across U.S. and international jurisdictions
      • Own quarterly and annual close processes, including review of GAAP financial statements, footnotes, and account reporting
      • Review performance fee and waterfall calculations, capital calls, distributions, and management company deliverables
      • Partner with third-party administrators and internal offshore teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls
      • Review regulatory filings and monitor compliance with fund governing documents, side letters, and credit facilities
      • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance scalability, efficiency, and control as the platform grows
      • Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, credit facilities, and coordination with investment and portfolio management teams

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in relevant degree; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred
      • 15+ years of relevant experience, including public accounting and/or alternative asset management
      • 5+ years of direct experience within private equity, credit, or broader alternatives
      • Proven experience managing teams
      • Strong technical knowledge of fund structures
      • Detail-oriented, accountable, and highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
    • Compensation
      $300,000-$360,000 per year
