We have currently partnered up with a Company that is considered a “one-stop shop” for Mortgage Solutions. Our Client provides risk mitigation services to clients in many segments of the residential and commercial mortgage industry, originators, issuers, investment banks, investors, and portfolio managers. Services include but are not limited to, the areas of Quality Assurance, Due Diligence, Portfolio Management, Asset Recovery, and Servicing Surveillance.

POSITION DETAILS:

SETTLEMENT MODIFICATION ADMINISTRATOR

· Review loan modification to look for any missing information per Procedures

· Generate closing documents.

· Submit loan to Quality Control “QC” after confirmation all validation/corrections are made

· Validate QC passes

· Ensure documents are sent to customers

SETTLEMENT QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST

· Perform a review of the Settlement Modification Administrator process using Procedures

· Review loan documentation in systems of records to confirm the information on the documents matches the information in the systems of records

· Notate the system of records based on the review

SETTLEMENT HOME PRESERVATION CLOSING ANALYST

· Review system of record and decision data to ensure loan is ready for final review.

· Re-route file if loan is not ready for closing.

· If not ready for final review, ensure corrections, if needed, are made to the system of record.

· Review signed closing documents for accuracy and completeness

· Update records as required

· Code loan to notify the Critical Field Maintenance team or other applicable departments to begin their process

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer services, loan administration, collections, or sales environment demonstrated through work

POSITION LENGTH & PAY: CONTRACT 12-24+ months long, paying $22.50
