Job Description
We are one of the largest locally owned security companies in Northern California looking for an Administration Assistant to support the management team within our dynamic Sales Department. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident and reliable.
Essential Duties Include:
-Arrange meetings and agendas for the VP of sales
-Draw up contracts and proposals
-Obtain new Leads / Manage vendor lists and maintain relevant databases
-Work with the operations teams in the setup of new accounts
-Maintain and Update client information
Qualifications:
-Articulate and professional communicative skills
-Computer skills (word, excel, outlook)
The Ideal Candidate will Also Poses:
-The ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Previous inside sales and administration experience
-Excellent communication skills
-The desire to learn and develop
8 hour shift
Full Time: Monday- Friday
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
