We are seeking a passionate, self-driven sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our newest licensed sales producer you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

Our agency provides the ability to earn great income with a base salary and plus commission and bonuses based on performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales goals and objectives by generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources most of which are hot leads provided by the Agency. 
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs. 
• Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
• Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties.
• Promote a positive customer sales & service experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Interested in a professional sales career, previous sales experience required.
• Insurance experience preferred but absolutely not a requirement. 
• Willing to obtain necessary insurance licensing within 30 days of hire date. Will Train!
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently. 
• Able to multi-task, follow-through on activities and enjoys fast-paced, fun environment.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bi-lingual is a definite plus
