PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Putting smiles on peoples faces. We all strive to end interactions with clients, fellow employees, vendors, and whomever else on a positive and solutions-focused note!
• Design and implementation of technical projects relating to SMB network infrastructure
• Troubleshooting and configuring WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls
• Creating clear documentation on work you have completed
• Communication with clients in regards to ongoing projects, issues, scope changes, etc
• Occasional onsite/after-hours work (deploying services, working in network closets, etc)

REQUIREMENTS

• At least three years of relevant experience (MSP preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Windows Server 2012-2019+ deployment and migration experience
• Microsoft Azure/Cloud services familiarity
• Intermediate to Advanced Active Directory migration experience
• Intermediate to Advanced Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Subnetting, VLANs, etc)
• Experience setting up physical firewalls and switches
• Remote access technologies (VPN, Terminal Services, Remote Apps, VDI)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Ideally you also have:

• Associates degree (or equivalent experience)
• Prior MSP experience
• Relevant certifications (Network+, MCP, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, etc.)
• Ticketing tools/CRMs experience (ConnectWise)
• RMM/remote management experience (Kaseya)
