As a Real Estate Financing Intern, you'll play a vital role in developing engaging and informative flyers that capture attention and attract potential borrowers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on current market trends and competitor flyer designs.
• Brainstorm creative concepts and develop visually appealing layouts for flyers promoting various SWBC Mortgage loan products.
• Utilize flyer design software (Adobe Photoshop or similar) to create professional flyers with clear and concise messaging.
• Ensure flyers adhere to SWBC branding guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine flyer content and target specific audiences.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong visual design sense and proficiency in finance calculations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Passion for the real estate industry and understanding of mortgage products a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
