Superintendent for Commercial Construction small to medium single-story projects RESPOND WITH WORK HISTORY, CONTACT PHONE NUMBER, REFERENCES AND PAY HISTORY. Robinson General Contractors is interviewing experienced commercial superintendents and foremen for immediate placement in fast paced projects. Heavy experience in Grocery remodel and Office remodels a big plus. Must be able to think weeks ahead, foresee obstacles and be able to manage onsite around these issues. You will be working very closely with an offsite Project Manager to ensure projects are running smoothly, scheduled properly, subs are performing, meet with customers on occasion, perform take-offs, verify measurements and anything else needed to complete each job. We are looking for someone who can motivate an entire job site, increase productivity with the ability to also recognize inferior work and correct it before it is too late. You MUST have experience in commercial retail remodels preferable in grocery store and office building atmospheres. You will be supervising but may also be needed to help jump in on small projects with framing metal studs, ceiling grid, etc. Looking for an EXPERT in commercial construction to lead projects. Requirements:

• Must Schedule and follow through all inspections and project finals
• Must review and submit time sheets each week for all supervised employees
• Daily progress reports and pictures uploaded daily as required by project
• Must be able to travel to locations all over Texas (home every two weeks if traveling)
• Must have several years performing work in the field for commercial construction
• Must have minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
• Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints
• Must be computer literate (basic word, excel and email skills)
• Must have commercial remodel construction experience
• Must be drug-free
• Must have reliable truck/transportation - company truck or other option possible later.
• Must have clear communication skills
• Bilingual is a positive but is not required
