  • Responsibilities

    Louisville area and Southern Indiana Find vacant, run-down, abandoned, and/or distressed houses based on our criteria (you’ll be given specific neighborhoods to drive to). You may work any time on your own schedule. Make $3000 a month + a $500 finder’s fee per closing.  Responsibilities: How our program works: • Locate Vacant/abandoned/run-down house. • Upload the property address and picture into the Deal Machine app. • You will also get paid $1.50 per APPROVED lead. It takes roughly an hour and half to drive and upload 25 leads when starting out about an hour with more time/experience. The goal is a MINIMUM of 100 homes submitted per week. If you submit additional 250 APPROVED homes per week you will get an additional $150. Picture of the front of the home MUST be uploaded with the address and the house MUST have at least 2 tags. • We send a postcard or call the owner and offer to buy the house. If the owner wants to sell you get paid a $500 finder’s fee at closing. Here are the next steps if interested: What you will be looking for (APPROVED leads): • Vacant houses • Boarded up/broken windows (NOT in the west end zip codes: 40210, 40211, 40212, 40203) • Occupied homes that are falling apart • Worst house on the best street • Dead yards - tall grass AND ignored landscaping • Stacks of unopened mail/ Overflowing mailbox • No blinds, no curtains • Bad roof like missing or curling shingles • Falling-off gutters • Snow on ground but there are no tire tracks or footprints on driveway • Garbage or recycling bin not there when neighbors have theirs out • Broken down vehicles or vehicles parked on the grass (NOT west end) • Peeling paint • Garbage/ junk in the yard • Papers taped on windows or doors Vacant premises (NOT west end) Disqualifiers: (NOT APPROVED leads) • No photo/photo sideways/photo taker’s car or mirror in photo/blurry photo • No physical signs of distress (Property in great condition) • Property NOT in Hot zip codes that are provided • Must have a valid USPS address • Must have a numerical address • Boarded up/broken windows/tarp on the roof in the following zip codes: 40210, 40211, 40212 • Corporate owned • Last sold 2018-2023 The next steps if you're interested:Step 1: Be sure to watch all of these training videos: (copy and paste link). https://www.dropbox.com/s/k6b3tgvdp7o27u1/sign%20up%20training%20videos.docx?dl=0 Step 2: Email me to schedule an onboarding Zoom interview.
