As a recognized Quality Improvement Organization (QIO), we support providers, plans, purchasers, and consumers, and offer services to state and federal agencies and others to help them better manage health care under the existing system and to assess, plan for and implement broader system transformation. Purpose
In a professional, multidisciplinary environment, the Development Director manages and directs primary and support functions of the business development program for Comagine Health.
This position assists with the tracking of markets and emerging trends, leads and directs business development processes and activities, leads RFP responses, supports strategic partnership activities, both internally and externally, seeks out and evaluates development opportunities and collaborates with executives, leaders, and subject matter experts, supports new product development and cross[1]departmental/cross-functional activities and initiatives, building visibility of Comagine Health’s services, offerings and products leading to a prospect pipeline for business development opportunities.

Proposal Management and Response Development:
Directs and manages full spectrum of proposal development activities including, but not limited to, opportunity identification and assessment, capture leadership and management, win theme development, teaming partner coordination and management, advanced solutioning activities, proposal writing and content development, and general proposal process management and coordination.
Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Leads and facilitates collaboration and partnership activities with clients and subcontractors in development work.
Assists with proposal writing, ensuring one voice, alignment with win themes/strategy, and compelling content geared towards the customer.
Ensures appropriate Sprout (CRM) tracking and file management processes are followed.
Supports reporting and strategic business development plan(s) management.
Supports and participates in industry conferences to represent Comagine Health, including attending conferences and developing marketing materials pre-conference.
Compensation Range: Geographical Location taken into consideration.
$85k - $130k.

Seattle: 110k -130k
Ft. Collins: 100k- 110k
Kansas city: 85k - 110k

Required Experience
5-7 years of business development, proposal development, and/or technical writing experience
Experience with proposal management required, with knowledge of government procurement
processes a plus
3-5 years of supervisory experience
Education
BA/BS in a related field
Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in related field may be substituted
