Job Description

 SALES ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help to create happy and loyal customers by providing exceptional service to customers to include:

•Greet, engage, and assist to create a unique experience

•Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending appropriate products

•Expanding sales revenues thru product knowledge and achieving sales goals

•Assisting to keep the sales floor area clean, full and organized at all times

•Utilize the company's POS system to cash customers out or administer returns.

ORDER FULFILLMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in maintaining a functional warehouse and exceptional online experience for customers by:

•Offloading delivery trucks transporting merchandise into the warehouse.

•Keeping the warehouse tidy and organized at all times.

•Processing work orders to pull, pack, and transport items efficiently.

•Finalizing work orders to ensure accuracy and update the database accordingly.

•Adhering to health and safety practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

•High school diploma/GED required

•2+ years’ sales associate or warehouse/order fulfillment experience preferred

•Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.

•A good eye for detail and organizational skills

•Flexible schedule / willing to work weekends and holidays
