    PART TIME POSITION

    Monday-Friday 9:00AM-12:30PM, $17/hr  

    PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

    • Acts as the first face of Swift Passport Services, bringing the Swift Experience to clients, guests and co-workers who arrive in person, over the phone or via email/web
    • Exudes contagious energy, enthusiasm, stamina and calm
    • Should enjoy switching from task to task quickly
    • Must be comfortable using computer and scanner
    • Hand writes efficiently and clearly
    • makes everyone feel welcome
    • Able to handle challenging customers with calm resolution
    • Is an active and contributing member of the Swift Passport team
    • Responsible with the rest of Swift Passport for meeting Swift Passport annual goals

     

    MAIL SERVICES RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Accept mail deliveries from post office, UPS, Fedex and DHL

    • Check in mail

    • Sort mail into appropriate mailboxes

    • Complete scan, shred and recycle mail task requests in a timely manner

    • Master the mail function services associated with the 3 virtual mail companies that we work with

    • Document and improve on our current recipes to manage mail

    • Reply to mail inquiry phone calls and emails

    • Improve on our package storage recipes

    • After 90 days, provide us with a list of improvements that will assist us in capturing more revenue with each virtual mail service we work with

    • Help walk-ins who arrive to ask questions or retrieve mail

    • Keep workspace and public area clean and tidy

    • Performing inventories

    • Document to-do lists, action plans and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); leaves a clear paper trail that others can follow
