We specialize in residential pool maintenance and service, and we’re proud to offer a supportive, team-focused environment where you can build a long-term career.

Position: Pool Maintenance Technician Starting Pay: $18/hour with performance-based annual raises Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends Off!) Location: Houston, TX (Applicants must live within 30 minutes of our office)

Balance water chemistry and protect expensive pool equipment

Solve problems like leaks, algae, or malfunctioning systems

Turn green pools clear and keep them that way

Provide great customer service and answer homeowner questions

Learn what works, apply your skills, and see visible results week after week

Each pool on your route becomes a personal project—you’ll know the customer, the pool, and its history. Every day is different, but you’ll enjoy the consistency of visiting the same pools each week. This is a job where you get to think, learn, fix, and take pride in your work.
