Sycamore Birch Management was founded in 2018 as a spin-off of PWB Management Corporation. PWB Management Corporation had been a property management firm in the Bronx starting in 1985. Sycamore Birch Management LLC was organized by four employees, with over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. The vast majority of Sycamore Birch's management portfolio has been managed by our team for over 25 years. Property Management We provide a full scope of building services, such as: Building Maintenance, Rent Collection, Financial Reporting, Local Law Compliance, Violation control and Avoidance. We also have clients who manage the property themselves, with us providing Back Office services like Rent Collection, Reporting and Compliance. We provide for our owner clients a portal to have gain access to their building's information and monthly reporting. We also have a Tenant Portal, where tenants are able to create an online account to view their rent history and make payments. Marketing We provide full Lottery Rent-up services, from placing ads, Lotteries, Log Management, Tenant Selection and Approvals, Maintaining Tenant files and Comprehensive reporting to Tax Credit agencies and investors. Our marketing team has completed the marketing of 7 developments, over 500 units since 2012. Our team consists of 5 Tax Credit professionals, each of whom has been trained and certified by Quadel Consulting. Development Sycamore Birch develops property on its own, and in collaboration with other developers. Since 2007, we have completed 3 projects with a total of 162 units. We have more than 10 years' experience developing affordable housing in the Bronx that covers a broad range of conditions. We pride ourselves on being nimble and adaptable as the new construction world so often demands.
