Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Java applications. You should have a strong understanding of Java programming language, web technologies, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of overall experience in Java development and must have worked in the United States for a minimum of 3 years.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Java 8 and the specified technologies.

Implement front-end interfaces using Bootstrap, jQuery, JSP, and JSTL.

Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate them with the application.

Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot.

Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the applications.

Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.

Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and mentor junior developers.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of overall experience in Java development.

At least 3 years of experience working as a resident in the United States.

Strong knowledge of Java 8 programming language and its core libraries.

Proficiency in front-end technologies like Bootstrap, jQuery, JSP, and JSTL.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, microservices, and API design.

Familiarity with RESTful web services and their integration.

Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.

Knowledge of software development methodologies, version control systems, and build tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other Java frameworks like Spring MVC, Hibernate, or Struts.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
