    TECHNICAL (SOFTWARE) SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - LOS ALAMITOS, CA

    This is a software support opening in a call center environment, BUT WE ARE HIRING REMOTE employees who will eventually work in our Los Alamitos offices. The employee will assist clients over the phone with technical support on enrollment, trouble tickets, and apply the need for problem-solving skills when needed. The employee will make outbound calls to client offices and vendors, and take inbound calls from our medical office clients.

    This position requires excellent customer service skills, and the ability to assist our clients within a software environment. Qualifications: *1+ years of exp. assisting customers via telephone, email, and trouble tickets with software and technical issues. *1+ years of exp. responding to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system software, and operator problems. *Cool, Calm and Collected Phone Manner *Great computer skills
