  • Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do

    • Understand customer needs and clearly position the product as the best solution

    • Build and deliver engaging product demos and walkthroughs

    • Lead prospects through trials, onboarding, and early customer success stages

    • Partner closely with implementation and technical teams

    • Manage a full sales cycle from discovery to close

    • Complete product, sales, and process training to stay sharp

    • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals

    • Respond to RFPs and present solutions confidently

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years in a customer-facing role (sales, sales engineering, consulting, product, or similar)

    • Experience negotiating pricing and closing new business

    • Ability to translate technical concepts into simple, clear business value

    • Strong understanding of SaaS or related technologies (web apps, databases, integrations)

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

    • Ability to work cross-functionally to solve technical challenges

    • Willingness to travel domestically 50% to 70%

    • Ability to plan, manage, and track project timelines and milestones
