SAAD & SAAD LLP and its affiliate STAR TITLE AGENCY LLC, located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, have an immediate opening for a Paralegal to support our real estate law practice and commercial and residential real estate closings for our title company.  Our law firm and title company handle complex, deadline driven, real estate transactions.  We are respected for our exceptional service and expertise in business, finance, and real estate matters.

The Paralegal is responsible for supporting attorneys with document preparation, due diligence review including corporate records review, maintaining project closing files, and managing transaction closings through the title company.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

·         Setup and manage transaction closing files

·         Review and prepare corporate organizational due diligence

·         Assist attorneys with transaction closings

·         Review and prepare project financing documents

·         Update and maintain internal project management software

·         Manage project deadlines

·         Communicate with clients and other parties to the transaction and their attorneys

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·         3-5 years of real estate transaction experience

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

·         College degree required

·         Notary Public
