We are looking for a smart, go-getter Assistant Account Executive to support the day-to-day operations of two CPG brands. Passion for working in advertising and interest in CPG is a must.
The AAE supports other account team members in managing and coordinating all day-to-day operations of the clients’ marketing campaigns. The AAE is the glue that holds the team together by ensuring all account management fundamentals are flawlessly buttoned up, so that the account can function as seamlessly as possible across all core projects and tasks.

What will the day-to-day work look like (Deliverables)?
Responsible for all internal and client facing Meeting Management, leading internal status meetings and writing post-meeting recaps
Own all budget documents and finance related process including but not limited to:
Working closely with AE(s) to keep budgets updated
Main point of contact for all business managers, talent managers, production managers to ensure all Agency/Brand process is abided by in a timely fashion
Ensures all scope changes are entered into AdCost, signed/approved by the Brand in a timely manner, and are accounted for on latest IBS
Owns all RFIPs and Job # Request forms, to flawless accuracy, to ensure other internal departments continue partnering closely with account team
Manages monthly IBS reconciliation process with finance and works closely with AEs to ensure Brand team is kept up to date on latest FY spends
Manages the talent and traffic process including trafficking forms, asset hand off, substantiation documents, network clearance, closed captioning and legal reviews.
Owns of the asset management systems in order to be the go-to person for any request from the client or the team
Takes ownership over the creation of Brand onboarding decks and is able to speak to multiple sections
Proactively looks to understand the Brand’s business
Proactively understand the brand’s historical work, in order to provide perspective & insights based on past campaigns as needed
Become competitive activity expert (Global and/or NA)
Monitors competitive activity on an ongoing basis
Crafts internal and client facing competitive alerts and be able to speak to what competitors are currently messaging to broadly speak to what competitive activity on an as-needed basis.

Compensation Range: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
