As a Client Partnerships (Account Management) Intern, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our business, be given real client deliverables, receive hands-on mentorship from experienced advertising industry professionals, develop your professional skills to meet day-to-day agency and client expectations, and collaborate in teams to solve a client’s business challenge.
Experience you should come with:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of interactive communication, marketing, and business objectives
- Passion for the marketing and advertising industry

- Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and be proactive
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal team members
- Sound knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
During your time with us, you will:
- Confidently provide client service support
- Gain exposure to all departments within Saatchi – learn each department’s roles and responsibilities. Interface with agency departments, clients, and other agency partners to execute a number of critical projects
- Ensure teams are prepared for internal and external meetings, coordinate meetings, follow-up on outstanding items, assist team with reports
- Manage and update competitive decks and research materials needed for creative development, routinely monitor relevant websites/competitors to track up-to-the-day competitive work
- Compile information from a variety of teams including strategy, search, product, social, digital and website.
