    Job Description

    As an Assistant Analyst on the Campaign Analytics team, you will work with experienced analysts on analyzing campaign effectiveness within the agency, both offline and online.

    Success for this position is measured by the ability to deliver reports in a timely fashion that are rich with sound insights and recommendations while maintaining and assuring the accuracy and consistency of data.

    An ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets and will also be detail-oriented and passionate about working with data and providing insights.  

    Roles and Responsibilities include:

    • Producing campaign reports and analysis across all media, which includes online display, digital video, television, connected TV, social, search, gaming, and offline
    • Developing benchmarks to set expectations and goals for campaign performance
    • Gleaning and communicating observations and insights from campaign results
    • Monitoring campaign performance at the placement, tactic, partner, and creative level to find optimizations and best practices
    • Supporting media planning team for ad hoc analysis and report assignments
    • Consolidating and integrating reports across similar campaigns
    • Identifying opportunities to automate analyses and identify processes for efficiencies
    • Bringing analytical rigor and precision to all reporting deliverables
    • Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as required
    • All other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Candidate experience should include:

    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Quantitative Business Analytics, Mathematics, or Economics.
    • Work or Internship experience in a professional service related to marketing or advertising
    • Enthusiasm for working with numbers and discovering the business stories within them
    • Fluency in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation
    • Basic knowledge of the digital space and the tools used to measure digital advertising including Doubleclick for Advertisers, Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.
    • Strong attention to detail and able to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectively
    • Experience dealing with large datasets
    • Problem solving skills - Ability to identify holes in data and provide reporting solutions
    • Critical thinking skills - Capable of generating consistent and accurate reporting results back to program/campaign objectives
    • Experience with Tableau is preferred
