    Job Description

    As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for managing the creation and release of new functionality as well as ongoing content updates to Toyota.com and Toyota Owners. You will work with multiple teams to ensure timely releases while managing schedules, budgets, and workflow. In your daily routine, you will work closely with creative, account, studio development teams, and external partners to launch best in class consumer experiences, relevant shopping information and the latest information on Toyota vehicles and services.

    Success for this position is measured by:

    • Timely management of project creative process and delivery.
    • Transparent and frequent communications between internal and external partners to maintain project velocity, build vendor partnership, and align internal departments on achieving client & agency goals.
    • Understanding technical and content dependencies of the site.
    • Strong communication on project statuses, risks, and mitigations.
    • Maintaining adherence to established processes.
    • Identifying new processes that require definition and documentation.
    • Successful collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Being a self-starter, practicing good judgment, and being a team player.
    • Providing independent, critical thinking to solve problems.

    Candidate experience should include:

    • Knowledge of platform, content management systems (AEM or similar), and bug tracking systems (JIRA or similar).
    • Managing multiple workflows and weekly content releases, this includes outlining interdependencies and content/functionality validation.
    • Familiarity and comfort with basic web programming languages (HTML, Javascript) and web design applications (Sketch, Photoshop, Zeplin).
    • Prior experience working with all team disciplines (Content Management, Strategy, Account, Creative, UX, Development and Analytics) as projects require.
    • Developing and/or track various forms of project documentation including but not limited to schedules, copy decks, meeting notes, and image/video asset trackers.
    • Managing budget and deliveries from vendors.
    • Supporting day-to-day requests across varying client stakeholders.
    • Ability to perform basic web and mobile QA and troubleshoot common issues in a development/staging environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Manage up to production department team leads to constantly inform on the progress of all project initiatives.
    • Strong ability to work well with peers, make sound decisions, and appropriately respond to difficult situations.
    • An ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Self-directed with the ability to manage and prioritize workload, make decisions with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
    • Flexibility, initiative, dedication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Strong work ethic and a commitment to excel in the role.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Keeping accurate timesheets and submit them in a timely manner.
    • If warranted by the uniqueness or importance of the project, writing any relevant case studies.
    • Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 4 years of previous digital production experience working on a full project lifecycle in social, digital, or related initiatives is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Outlook, and SmartSheets.
    • A BA or BS degree from an accredited 4-year institution is preferred.
    • Previous agency experience working on automotive clients is a plus.

    Additional Information

    Compensation Range: $64,500.00 - $101,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
