    Job Description

    The Saatchi Analytics & Data Science team at Saatchi connects our data to the decisions made by our clients. The team is extremely collaborative and cross functional working with our data engineering team, Creative team, Strategy team, and Media team. The team's work spans the whole spectrum between internal strategic analyses and external facing production code. As a Data Scientist, you will be a hands-on Advanced Analytics expert in the entire data product development life cycle: Market Research Analytics, Data Acquisition, Research, Model Building, Productization, and Selling/Onboarding Customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Deliver actionable insights to our clients leveraging strong technical, advanced analytical, and collaboration capabilities on research, development, and delivery
    • Partner with our Agency teams (Analytics, Creative, Media, and Strategy) on scaling our business and pursuing strategic data initiatives
    • Partner with our Data Engineering and Data Quality teams to develop our core data and ensure high accuracy and correctness
    • Partner with our Product, Design, and Front End Engineering teams to create compelling and impactful data stories for our clients
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 6+ years of relevant data science and analytics experience
    • Technically strong with a detailed knowledge of the latest analytical technologies – AI/ML in particular – with a focus more on business benefits than on the data science and technology itself
    • Creative problem solving – able to grasp and tackle complex real-world problems
    • Strong ability to translate between data/technical problems and business impact
    • Strong proficiency across the whole technical spectrum of data science including description/inferential statistics, probability, and machine learning
    • Advanced familiarity with SQL, R, and Python.
    • Previous working experience in the domain of marketing/advertising analytics with direct communication and collaboration with the end client is a huge plus
    • A masters or doctorate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
