What’s a Saatchi XD?
Experience Designers are at the core of what we do. They are highly valued individuals and teammates that we rely on to invent, educate and solve problems in a way only Experience Designers can. They are thoughtful, clever and multi-faceted. We support our XDs by ensuring, no matter their level, that their voices are heard and valued. XDs are involved at every stage of the project lifecycle. We encourage and support our XDs by providing opportunities to pair up with other creative individuals and providing access to all the core digital disciplines. Our Experience Designers never work in a silo. They are an integral part of the team and the company. And, if you ever find yourself curious about other creative areas, whether it be a commercial shoot or learning more about branding, we believe in providing opportunities for our XDs to stretch, learn and grow. As a Sr. XD, you will be given the opportunity to truly own your work. You have access to the client and will help care for the team through mentorship, feedback and support of your peers.
