    As the VP HUMAN RESOURCES, you will be in a highly-visible role serving as a partner to your agency and key leaders. 

    YOU WILL:

    • Work with the SVP Talent and agency leadership team to develop and implement talent strategies in support of business goals and objectives
    • Provide guidance and counsel to leadership and managers on all talent opportunities related to recruitment and retention, employee development, succession planning, team building, compensation, internal communications, performance management and employee relations.
    • Lead and develop a team of talent professionals including talent acquisition and resource management 
    • Contribute to and implement large-scale talent initiatives in collaboration with Publicis Health and Publicis Groupe talent colleagues
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years of talent experience with demonstrated ability and success in partnering with leadership and key stakeholders, including leading and developing a talent team
    • Exceptional analytical, decision-making, leadership, organizational, project management, and written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, diversity, equity and inclusion and compliance with the ability to apply that knowledge to vision, strategy, and operational excellence.
    • Exceptional presentation and influencing skills
    • Detailed knowledge of HR-related federal and state legislation
    • Agency experience a plus
