We are seeking a Mid-Level Developer to join our team who has experience in contributing significantly to projects, ensuring they stay within scope and budget. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as is experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
Develop high-performance desktop, web, and mobile applications.
Collaborate with the Project Management Team to identify and estimate requirements.
Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of desktop, web, and mobile applications.
Provide ongoing support for both new and legacy applications.
Required Proficiencies:
Expert level C#, .Net, .Net Framework
ORM, with a preference for Entity Framework.
Microsoft SQL including Queries, Functions, and Triggers.
Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including Ajax operations, DOM manipulation, and form handling.
Experience using a code repository, such as Git.
Experience using collaboration tools, such as Atlassian Jira.
Troubleshooting fundamentals.
Desired Proficiencies:
Adeptness in JSON object creation and consumption.
Consuming and creating APIs/WebAPIs.
Public Cloud Development stacks, notably Azure and AWS.
Kendo/Telerik UI (for HTML, MVC, Blazor)
Microsoft Asp.Net MVC stack
Angular, React, Next.js or another similar client framework
Microsoft SQL Advanced Queries, Functions, Triggers, Query Notifier/Broker
Xamarin or Maui
Authentication with an Identity Provider (AWS IAM, Azure B2C, etc.)
Microsoft Graph
Azure Service Bus, SignalR
Bonus Point Proficiencies:
ETL processes and best practices
Alternative financial basics, including Fund Accounting, Trade/Settle Process and FIX Protocol.
Continuous integration, ideally with Azure DevOps and Bitbucket Pipelines.
Migration from .Net Framework to .Net
Integrating with Local Microsoft Active Directory and AAD.
Native iOS/Android Development
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in web application development for desktop and mobile.
At least four years in a professional developer capacity.
Formal education in software development or well-documented self-taught progression.
Proven ability to manage administrative tasks within a development team context.
Working Hours and Compensation/Benefits:
$60,000 - $85,000
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
