    Job Description

    Sabio Systems, LLC is looking to hire a Proposal Coordinator / Project Administrator for a company located in Albuquerque, NM.    We are looking for a self-directed administrative professional that has a solid work ethic and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously for this Proposal Coordinator / Project Administrator position.  

    AS A PROPOSAL COORDINATOR / PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR you are instrumental in bridging the gap between BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ADMINISTRATION.  The PROPOSAL COORDINATOR / PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR should possess both hard skills and soft skills with the ability to gather data, research and respond to RFP’s and RFQ’s.  To be successful you should be able to work well independently and as part of a team.   You will directly support the manager and VP of the department.   This is a contact position with opportunity to apply for the role full-time, permanently.  

    You will assist the VP of Business Development with the proposal process.   Reviewing and communicating the proposal requirements.  Working with staff to determine proper pricing.

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROPOSAL COORDINATOR / PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR: 

    Business acumen with good time management skills, deadline driven

    5+ years’ experience in an administrative role in procurement, proposal preparation and / or bid processes

    Working knowledge of proposal and bid processes

    Researching/data collection methods to compile a variety of reports

    Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and written

    Establish and maintain documentation and support documentation

    Data management and tracking

    Advanced Computer skills: MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills are a must, will be skills tested

    Expertise in graphic design desired

    Sharepoint desired

     

    COMPENSATION FOR THE PROPOSAL COORDINATOR / PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR POSITION:
