    Sabio Systems is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the Human Resources benefits department.     RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR:

    • Handle and manage employee open enrollment
    • Ensure employees are knowledgeable about company benefits, pricing, terms, etc
    • Enrolling employee in benefit programs
    • Maintaining employee benefit programs and ensuring best options for company

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR:

    • 4-year degree in Human Resources
    • 3-4 years in benefits administration
    • Flexible, organized, detail-oriented
    • Must maintain confidentiality
    • Knowledgeable about applicable state and federal regulations
    • Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), HRIS Systems and be adaptable to company-specific software

    Must be able to pass a background check and credit check, this is a drug and alcohol-free facility.

    COMPENSATION FOR THE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR:

    Pay is $20-23 per hour

    PHYSICAL ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR:

    • Vision: Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
    • Mathematical Abilities: Add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions and decimals
