We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 10 approved buyers working at all times. Bottom line is we have the leads and the clients! We honestly have more leads than we can handle and I need your help in converting them. Responsibilities: Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Present yourself in a professional manner Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 yearly
