We are currently hiring both Unlicensed and Licensed Insurance Enrollment Specialists to help the families who have requested our assistance. We help them by putting a shield of protection between their families and the financial losses that occur when unexpected downturns happen in the economy, critical illness, disability, or death make an unwelcome entry into their lives.

What YOU must do to be successful

• Evaluate family needs through consultations and presenting the most affordable and personalized options for each family
• Maintaining a high level of customer service with existing clients
• Tracking and reporting daily calls, appointments, and closed business-we act like owners because we own it!

What YOU make
While this is a full commission position, it allows you to work as much or as little as you like, with the opportunity to create the income that meets your needs and desires.

• Part-time agents make approximately $30k-$60k their first year
• Full-time agents make approximately $40k-$140k their first year
• Leaders with consistent promotions every two-three months generate $200-500k+ in a matter of a couple of years

No agent's success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
