    COMPENSATION:      $22/hr

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Data Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of managing the Center’s data needs. Including pulling reports, entering data, creating forms through the database, and submitting data to staff, board members, and funders.

    This position reports to the CEO and works in partnership with other programming staff and stakeholders as well as directly with community members of diverse backgrounds.

     

    GENERAL DUTIES:

    • 1)Coordinates, administers, and assists all Center programs with data needs
    • 2)Contributes to the creation, submission, and updating of the client data management system; data fields; workflows; intake forms; and report generation
    • 3)Manage the input of data to database systems
    • 4)Prepares data tables, charts, dashboards, and graphs as requested
    • 5)Ensures the confidentiality and integrity of data
    • 6)Stay up to date with current Social Solutions/Data Systems trends
    • 7)Develops and maintains data files for longitudinal comparisons and analysis
    • 8)Prepare and analyze management reports; ensure that regular program reports for all grants and contracts are prepared, ensure that mandatory reports are accurate, complete and submitted on time, and that deliverables are being met; attend meetings, as necessary, to ensure compliance with all local, State and Federal guidelines, as well as specific grant contract requirements
    • 9)Serve as a representative of the organization in collaborative partner networks and at related community and Center events and activities
    • 10)Other duties as assigned by the CEO and senior leadership team
    • 11)Assist with data needs as directed with the development team
    • 12)Manage calendars for grant reporting
    • 13)Develop and present training for staff on data systems, integrity, reporting, and other issues as needed
    • 14)Increase knowledge of Raiser’s Edge and develop training for staff, interns, volunteers.
    • 15)Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve service delivery and constituent experience.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Passion for the Center’s mission and work to create a region where LGBTQ people thrive and a commitment to follow all policies and procedures of the organization.
    • Experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and familiarity with issues of particular relevance to LGBTQ+ people.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including presentation and training experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people of diverse races, ethnicities, nationalities, sexual orientations, gender identities, socio-economic backgrounds, religions, ages, English-speaking abilities, immigration status, and physical abilities in an intersectional environment.
    • Availability: Business Hours, Sunday-Thursday with occasional evenings, weekends, and alternate work schedule hours as needed to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Handle a variety of special projects and other related duties, as assigned.

     

     

    REQURIEMENTS:

    • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, statistics, or related field; 4+ years’ experience in data systems, data management, or other relevant fields may be substituted for education
    • Proficiency working with computers and Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and database systems is required; knowledge of Social Solutions Apricot, Raiser’s Edge, Microsoft Access, SurveyMonkey and CRM software is strongly preferred.
    • A successful track record in setting priorities, information delivery, and time management
    • Access to reliable transportation is required.
    • The person in this position may be required to sit or stand for extended periods, move objects up to 25 pounds, ascend/descend stairs, operate office equipment, open and close filing cabinets and boxes, observe visitors, and communicate messages and tone by telephone.
