    How do I make an impact on my team?

    Our The Saddlery General Manager is dedicated to building and maintaining a great team in order to provide all guests with a first-rate customer service experience.

    Plan, develop, coordinate, and implement the day-to-day operations of the property.

    Oversee property staffing to include recruitment & selection, orientation, training & development, scheduling, counseling, performance management and other team member relations issues.

    Rotate after hours on call.

    Work with Maintenance and Housekeeping Manager as needed to maintain property.

    Assist with negotiation of contracts with vendors. Resolve emergency maintenance issues.

    Perform check-outs, prepare for check-ins, greet new guests at key pickup.

    What does success look like in this role?

    College degree or at least five years of related work experience in business management, hospitality or related field

    Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution

    Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills

    Strong attention to detail and organized

    Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

    Reliability and honesty

    Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
