The executive search firm of Saenger Associates has been exclusively retained to conduct a confidential search for a senior Operations Executive for a privately held manufacturer of precision engineered products. As the global leader, the company enjoys a major manufacturing footprint in North America, Asia, and Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This multi-site operations leader will have direct responsibility for the strategic direction and tactical execution of at least two of the premier assembly operations within the company. These are automated facilities producing millions of finished products daily. Serve as trusted right hand and special project support to the global Director of Operations.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• 15+ years of experience in global multi-site operations management or equivalent business leadership roles
• Proven track record of leading improvements in quality, safety, delivery, and cost productivity
• Demonstrated experience deploying and driving change initiatives
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills
• Strong team builder, sets high bar for self and organization to exceed goals and objectives
• BS in engineering or related technical discipline required; MBA strongly preferred
• Capable of future advancement to senior executive roles in Operations and business functions
  

Ideal candidates will be mobile to work from San Diego base operation with 1-2 weeks per month in Mexico.

COMPENSATION
