    Our HR Assistant is a key member of our Human Resources staff. This position is responsible for assisting the HR Staff with all administrative tasks. This includes tracking and assuring the completion of all On-Boarding Paperwork, maintaining the accuracy and completeness of all employee files, assisting with the open enrollment process, contributing to the annual employee document renewal process, and assisting the HR Staff in completing their assignments Reports To

    HR Manager

    Responsibilities

    Updates employee records and files by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.

    Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive material.

    Managing both Federal and State leaves of absence including benefit administrations.

    Prepares employee reports by compiling summaries of employees by class, organization, and status.

    Maintains employee confidence by keeping information confidential.

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

    Proactively ensure employee posters are current and visible.

    Other Duties

    Performs other duties as assigned by management.

    Previous HR Experience or HR College Course work
