We are searching for a polite, professional Call Center Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers. The Call Center Representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

To be a successful Call Center Representative, you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.

Position Summary:

• Sourcing new sales through cold calls, emails, and social media messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Promote our company to new customers through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Develop phone strategies and maintain high productivity levels.
• Conducts follow-up leads and service calls.
• Routing sales opportunities to the appropriate representative for further development and closure.
• Research accounts and identifies key players.
• Fluent in Spanish a PLUS!

Requirements:

• 1+ year Phone Sales.

Compensation:

• $13 hourly.

Job Type:

• Full-time.
• 10am-5pm.
• Monday through Friday & Saturday 10am - 4pm
