As an insurance broker apprentice, you will work on a team of dynamic insurance professionals to manage the risks of Woodruff Sawyer’s clients. In this role you will work in an energetic environment and gain a deep understanding of the commercial insurance brokerage process. As a key member of the broker team, you’ll interact directly with senior brokers, underwriters and Fortune 1000 clients on a day-to-day basis. You will learn the principles of claims, credit, actuary, compliance and underwriting.

Successful applicants will be enrolled in the Woodruff Sawyer / Safari career training program, in which you will receive 5 hours of paid training per week to help you develop the technical and professional skills to build a highly successful, rewarding career. As a Safari trainee you’ll get 1-on-1 career coaching with a Safari career coach, career mentorship from experienced insurance industry professionals and technical training to help you build a strong foundation for your professional services career.
