RECRUITER / SALES

Litili Group, a legal expert witness firm, is hiring a remote sales recruiter in the state of California.

OPPORTUNITY:

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will identify and recruit expert witnesses for our law firm clients. Achieve monthly expert recruiting goals and building strong relationships. Our firm has a heavy emphasis on medical expertise in radiology, neurology, and orthopedics. Los Angeles is your primary target market with expansion throughout major California cities. Work closely with assigned Case Managers and Account Managers to achieve recruitment goals. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will join a dedicated team that delivers top-notch services for their clients.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·         Achieve monthly recruiting goals

·         Develop ongoing Expert relationships

·         Identify, call, and onboard potential new Experts

·         Deliver value propositions that meet the Experts’ needs

·         Maintain accurate Expert data, sales activity and forecasts in CRM

·         Represent Litili internally and externally

SUCCESS FACTORS:

·         5+ years of successful experience in recruiting

·         Technology savvy and proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System (Zoho ideally), Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

·         Prefer prior experience working with or selling to medical practitioners

·         Strong networking, relationship building and customer service skills

·         Hunter mentality and high drive to excel

·         Results-oriented with a high level of curiosity and problem-solving mentality

·         Professional written and verbal communication style with a personable attitude and demeanor

·         Live within commutable driving distance to office (from Downtown LA to the north to the South Bay area to the south)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Litili Group will reward your talents with a compensation plan that includes a base salary of $50-$60K plus an attractive commission plan. First year total compensation expected to be $70-80K+. Six figures for top performers. You will receive an excellent benefit package which includes medical, PTO, 401K retirement plan. All-expense paid travel rewards for President Club level performance.
