We are currently seeking highly professional and reliable candidates to fill different roles in our security company. As the Director of Operations, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, promotion, enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution.

Evaluate peak performance and make recommendations for personnel actions.

Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.

Implements overall security strategy, policies, and standards to ensure the physical safety of all visitors, employees or customers to the organization's facilities and the security of property and assets.

Conducts regular audits and inspections to assess, identify, and mitigate any security vulnerabilities or gaps.

Requirements:

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, security, leadership and management, or related discipline.

15+ years in the security sectors (preferred)

10+ years of military experience (preferred)

Must possess Security Class D + G Licenses

Additional security training and certifications is a plus.
