Safe Haven Security is expanding and looking to add an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Recruiter to help us in the continued growth of our sales teams. Working in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment, the role of Recruiter will be to partner with our sales management team to create and maintain a consistent and robust candidate pipeline.

Safe Haven Security is the largest ADT dealer in the country. Recently we were recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in America. We currently have offices in over 58 markets across the country and are looking to expand to 40 more. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in North Kansas City, Missouri.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

· Building a continuous candidate pipeline, sourcing active and passive candidates through job boards, internet search, networking, referrals, social media, etc.

· Owning the full recruiting process from sourcing, to phone screening, to closing candidates

· Inputting and documenting all communication through our internal tracking system

· Responsible for coordinating on-boarding with HR Department

· Communicating with hiring managers and executive leadership

· Engaging and persuasive personality

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
