    Responsibilities Include:

    • Present Home Automation Options and services to new homeowners In Person
    • Provide excellent customer service in an ethical and professional manner
    • Meet Sales goals of averaging just 3 sales Weekly

    Consider the following:

    • 85 percent of our current sales managers started out on our Residential Sales team and were promoted from within.
    • These promotions happened on average in less than one year's time.
    • Our average sales manager earned 153,700 last year.

    Compensation: Uncapped commissions are paid weekly. The role is 100 percent commission and performance based. The average commission pay-out is $426 per sale/package. The average Sales Representative sells 9.3 packages a month-PLUS m onthly sales bonuses range from $750-$2000. Above average performers represent 50 percent of our sales teams. Above average performers range from $71,000-$153,000+.
