Compensation: Uncapped commissions are paid weekly. The role is 100% commission and performance-based. The average commission payout is $426 per package. The average Sales Representative sells 9.3 packages a month. Monthly sales bonuses range from $750-$2000 Above-average performers represent 50% of our sales teams. Above-average performers range from $71,000-$123,000. AZ, NE, and CA are draw states; You are guaranteed $513 per week against commissions.
