    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Customer lead generation through direct-to-home contact
    • Successfully engage and consult each customer through the sales process to close each organic lead
    • Coordinate with technician for same-day installation
    • Work with team members and sales managers to ensure each prospect is taken care of to the highest quality of service
    • Attend daily team training and correlation meetings
    • Help foster positive relationships to promote brand awareness in the community

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
    • High sense of business ethics
    • Experience with phone sales, B2C, door-to-door, or a one-time close
    • Resilience, able to take feedback in stride
    • Ambition to grow and progress in both current and future roles within the organization
