LICENSED THERAPIST

Full and Part Time positions available in a private adolescent residential treatment program for youth with anxiety, depression, other mental health and behavioral health issues including substance abuse and other co-occurring disorders. This is a warm and inviting work environment, in a home-like setting, for compassionate, dynamic, and talented licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW) to be part of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of professionals providing intensive individual, group, and family therapy to youth clients.

Successful candidates will have the ability to build rapport with youth, outstanding judgment and boundaries, excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced and youth-focused environment, are flexible, and have clean driving record. You must be able to pass a fingerprint, FBI Background Check, Child Abuse Index Check, and drug screening. Must have reliable transportation and be available to work weekends. Experience in mental and/or behavioral health is a plus.
