Unlike most sales jobs, you don't ramp up here, you can get in here, learn our sales process while being paid and immediately get up to making $1,000 - $3,000 a week, with weekly pay on hourly, commissions and bonus. No other sales option gives you the ability to ramp up this fast, we need the help.

This is a good sales job, top earners are making over $170,000, we had 35 agents make over $100,000 and the average hourly for sales is over $35 an hour. Easy script, no prospecting or cold-dialing, all opt-in inbound and outbound leads for ADT Home Security. Call center has been around 12 years, multiple locations throughout the country, management and lead opportunities are there for internal growth. No seniority on lead management, the person who sounds the best and works the hardest, gets the higher skill rating.

We need people in Arizona, we have mornings, afternoon shift - 9AM - 6PM and other options and we do have management opportunities if you are working towards career elevation. Great company, good training, lots of opportunities.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
