SafeRacks is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our company. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials. You will be giving presentations about our ongoing campaigns and provide administrative support to our marketing and sales teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy
• Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
• Learning and working various types of software for digital marketing
• Creating marketing materials and presentations via graphic design 
• Maintaining marketing database
• Providing administrative support to marketing and sales departments
• Preparing, formatting, editing a range of documents
• Creating and presenting a variety of reports to senior level management
• Updating social media accounts and maintaining activity

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Administrative or sales and marketing assistant experience
• Effective written and verbal communication
• A high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with a team and independently
• Competency in MS applications, Apple iOS
• Digital marketing experience - Graphic Design, Social Media, Desktop Publishing
