What will you do as an Assistant Manager?

Work closely with the location owner to set up and maintain location policies and procedures within the Streamline Brands Franchise structure

Maintain staff by recruiting, hiring, orienting, scheduling, and training employees

Maintain quality customer service by enforcing high customer service standards amongst all employees

Manage employee policies and procedures, payroll, and employee benefits

Responsible for location retail including managing inventory levels, ordering, and sales

What are we looking for in an Aquatics Director?

2 years of management experience in customer service

Extensive experience with computer scheduling software

A Team-driven leader: cares about staff and leads with the intent to build up the whole team

Flexible schedule: will be required to work some evenings and weekends

Preferred Skills:

Swim Lesson and/or competitive swimming experience: knowledge of the four basic strokes, teaching curriculum, and stroke progression

Responsible for training the new staff and existing staff for the swim instructor role. The staff will be trained as per the Safesplash Curriculum.

Perform deck supervision, observe and correct trainers. Make sure the classes follow proper protocol and curriculum. Record students' performance.

Work as swim instructor as per the class assignment.

Assist with opening and closing activities of the facility.

This will be part time role at the rate of $20.00/hour. We do not offer any paid holidays for the part time role. We will provide sick leaves as per the company policy.

Certifications:

Current Red Cross Lifeguard or equivalent

WSI - Water Safety Instructor certification, a big plus

CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for Adult, Child certification

Lifeguard and Lifeguard Instructor certified
