WE ARE HIRING INSURANCE AGENTS AND INSURANCE SALES MANAGER FOR OUR NEW OFFICE IN COLUMBUS, OHIO. PREFER ACTIVE LIFE/HEALTH LICENSE FOR THE STATE OF OHIO, BUT NOT REQUIRED. WE WILL HELP WITH LICENSING AND TRAINING. MANAGERS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE LICENSE. 

• We operate a Career Agency servicing the needs of the Senior Market (55+) and provide consultative services for Medicare, Life Insurance and Retirement (Medicare, life insurance, final expense, LTC, Annuities, hospital indemnity, cancer, dental, vision).
• The Sales Manager will be responsible for personal selling, and developing new agents. (training and development provided)
• The Insurance Agent will be responsible for personally selling. (training and development provided)
• This is a great opportunity to grow with our organization and eventually be leading a team or running a satellite office for us in Ohio or large team out of the Columbus, Ohio office.
• MUST be willing to work out of the office 2 days a week and be in the field selling 3 days a week.
• There are 3 key things needed for success in the insurance industry, and they are: 1. Leads 2. Process and systems in place and 3. DESIRE. If you have the DESIRE, we have Leads and process and systems for you!
