SAFETEC OF AMERICA, INC, a 25+ year Buffalo manufacturer of infection control, first-aid and compliance products is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team. The Accounts Receivable Clerk plays an important role in the organization by providing support to the Accounting Department. Responsibilities will include maintaining financial receivable records and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing
• Statement Preparation
• Posting checks and wire transfers
• Contacting vendors for collection of funds

Required Skills and Work Experience:

• Mathematical ability
• Ability to learn computer programs quickly
• MS Word, Excel
• Two plus years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounting department

Education Required:

• Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent degree.
