We are seeking a Full-time Customer Care Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and excited about being an important member of our awesome Customer Service team! Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls as the top priority, consistently providing customers with a friendly, cheerful greeting and pleasant, professional overall service
- Process incoming quotes, orders, and returns by entering into the computer system in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
- Initiate callbacks to customers as needed for delivery, pricing, product and other order detail verification
- Update customers as needed with order status and confirmations
- Process new customer account requests with proper and timely paperwork completion and pleasant, professional communications
- Daily interactions with Sales staff to ensure customer needs are met in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work with other departments to meet customer expectations
- Maintain knowledge of products offered by Safetec, including new or revised product launches
- Manage the flow of lobby traffic, greets guests, and alerts employees when visitors arrive
Skills/Experience Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service or inside sales required; manufacturing experience a plus.
- Knowledge of freight terms desirable
- Committed to building strong relationships with clients
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Highly motivated, well organized, and must have a positive attitude.
